Seeking Acquisition Support Specialist III (Key Personnel) candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as NCDPC. The ProSidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Acquisition Support Specialist III (Key Personnel) Performs advanced acquisition planning, contract management, and procurement documentation in support of complex acquisition life cycles.
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications For Acquisition Support Specialist III (Key Personnel) | Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting [NCDPC0012011] (NCDPC0012011) Candidates:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- Eight (8) or more years of providing a broad range of complex acquisition management support services.
- Must have the ability read and interpret each State’s acquisition policy, regulations, and directives and apply those interpretations fully and legally to all activities described in the Statement of Work (SOW.)
- Able to analyze cost and pricing data, assistance in proposal evaluations, and assistance in preparing contract negotiations.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Skills Required
- Certification from a nationally recognized organization such as NCMA, UPPCC or DAU.
- Master’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Law, or Public Administration
