Responsibilities
  • Shape and execute the land and expand playbook for large global hospitality brands, driving both net-new acquisition and revenue expansion across multi-brand, multi-region accounts.
  • Provide strategic guidance while remaining close to execution—balancing vision with hands-on leadership.
  • Design and deliver multi-touch, account-based campaigns that cut through complexity and engage senior decision-makers across global brands.
  • Drive commercially focused marketing initiatives that improve pipeline velocity, increase average deal size, and strengthen long-term customer value.
  • Apply a strong understanding of hospitality operations, brand dynamics, and technology trends to shape campaigns that resonate.
  • Position Mews as the clear operating platform of choice for enterprise by showcasing both our innovative, guest-first brand personality and the enterprise-grade reliability of our technology.
  • Own the enterprise event marketing strategy, from C-level executive dinners to large-scale industry trade shows and brand activations.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver high-impact enterprise events that deepen relationships, showcase Mews thought leadership, and generate long-cycle pipeline opportunities.
  • Ensure global event presence is tightly integrated into ABM campaigns, providing consistent account engagement across channels.
  • Utilize leading ABM platforms, CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools to scale personalized campaigns effectively.
  • Measure, analyze, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum commercial ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to align enterprise priorities and maximize outcomes.
  • Partner with content, design, digital, and events to deliver consistent, high-impact programs at scale.

Mews raises $300M at $2.5B valuation to build AI agents for autonomous hotel operations

Mews, an Amsterdam-based hotel technology company, has raised $300 million to develop AI agents capable of autonomously managing hotel operations. The round values the company at $2.5 billion, roughly double its $1.2 billion valuation from March 2024. The funding will support development of agentic AI software that coordinates pricing, staffing and guest services across hotel systems without manual intervention. The approach requires hotels to transition from legacy systems that cannot support such automation levels. Mews' vision depends on hotels shifting operational decision-making to algorithms, though the company has yet to demonstrate this capability at scale.
