Requirements
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Proven track record as a successful SDR
- Strong understanding of all the platforms and tools that SDRs use
- Fantastic communication skills
- Ability to teach and coach effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Honesty, integrity, and thoughtfulness
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of SDRs
- Work with team members on a daily basis to help them succeed
- Conduct one-on-ones on a weekly basis with each team member
- Hold team accountable to quotas and core values
- Train new team members on platform and tools
- Report team's numbers to Director on a weekly basis
- Work on special projects as assigned
- Act as a leader and be present and available to help the team
- Participate in the creation of territory Maps and SDR compensation plans
- Facilitate and perform weekly trainings
- Determine lead routing rules and work closely with Marketing
- Determine and track KPIs
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure cross-department alignment
- Actively evaluate tech stack and manage all SDR applications
- Work with executive leadership to determine company strategy
- Create talk tracks, outbound content, and sequences for the team's use
- Additional duties as assigned
