Requirements
  • You are a Junior or Rising Senior at an accredited University or College
  • You are local to the NYC area for a 12-week internship program
  • You have interest in the business areas listed above with some relevant coursework, student clubs, and/or internship experience
  • Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • You are passionate about the beauty and retail industry and eager to learn!
Responsibilities
  • Support the Key Accounts team with ongoing day-to-day planning and execution of daily tasks to drive the Ulta Beauty business
  • Assist with meeting preparation including setting up product displays, décor, gifting and catering orders
  • Manage product mailings from the office, product orders and organizing product samples
  • Conduct daily auditing and tracking of Ulta.com activity, including monitoring for out-of-stocks, validating copy and asset accuracy, and staying on top of customer reviews
  • Assist with competitive research by monitoring new product launches, brand promotional activities, and visual merchandising efforts in the market
