Consigli Construction

Builds East Coast schools, hospitals and labs

Consigli Construction builds and renovates schools, hospitals, laboratories and other buildings for institutional and commercial clients, combining construction management with its own trade crews. Its restoration work includes the Smithsonian's Renwick Gallery in Washington. Clients across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Caribbean hire it as a construction manager or general contractor to estimate costs, plan schedules and coordinate building systems in 3D before construction. Teams then manage budgets, safety and subcontractors, with some building components prefabricated in factory settings. Founded in 1905 and fully employee-owned since 2018, Consigli is headquartered in Milford, Massachusetts.
