About the job
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or comparable training, ideally in Commercial Analytics, data analysis, or data science.
- Basic experience with Power BI and creating Power BI dashboards for a large user base.
- Experience with relational data models, ETL processes, and Row-Level Security in reports.
- Very good knowledge of common tools including SAP and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and affinity for information technology are required.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Independently develop and enhance the data model for the Sales and Marketing DACH organization and ensure its data quality, including designing and implementing a Row-Level Security model.
- Act as the central contact for Power BI questions and training.
- Work closely with business functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Controlling, to identify, prioritize, and implement reporting requirements.
- Build automated ETL processes using Power Query, Python, and Power Automate.
- Model external data and combine, analyze, and prepare data from CRM systems and SAP.
- Experience with CRM systems.

Essity today held the Annual General Meeting at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre, Sweden.STOCKHOLM, March 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Meeting approved the Parent Company income statement and balance sheet and the consolidated income statement and consolidated balance sheet for 2024.The meeting resolved on a dividend for the financial year 2024 of SEK 8.25 per share. Record date for the dividend is set to Monday, March 31, 2025. The dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on Thursday, April 3, 2025.The Meeting resolved that the remuneration to each director elected by the Annual General Meeting who is not employed by the company shall amount to SEK 960,000 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors is to receive SEK 2,880,000. Each member of the Remuneration Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 145,000, while the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 170,000. Each member of the Audit Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 350,000, while the Chairman of the Audit Committee is to receive an additional remuneration of SEK 490,000.
