- Provide administrative assistance to employees.
- Complete employment eligibility documentation, including I-9 forms and E-Verify, in a timely manner.
- Manage onboarding processes, including coordination of first-day details, orientation, and other employee experience activities.
- Maintain human resources personnel files.
- Manage department supply ordering, including business card and name tag ordering.
- Manage employment verifications.
- Assist with annual benefits enrollment as needed.
- Support recruitment by assisting with job fair sign-ups as needed.
- Assist with employee activities.
- Prepare human resources presentation materials and employee documents.
- Document standard operating procedures for internal human resources processes.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
- Provide general human resources support for the employee community.
- Serve as backup for a broad range of human resources processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Three years of related work experience is preferred.
