Provide services and support as a Data Governance Lead [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Generally Located In Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Data Governance Lead | Data Management & Business Intelligence - Data Governance & Privacy [NSF0120120]

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

Data Governance & Privacy: Ensure compliance with federal data policies, privacy safeguards, and records management regulations.  Data Governance Lead Candidates work to facilitate Data Governance & Privacy delivering Data Management & Business Intelligence - Data Governance & Privacy through Lead governance | enforce standards | ensure data integrity.  Further, they Establish enterprise data governance frameworks, oversee compliance with federal data policies, manage data stewardship and governance councils.
