Requirements
  • 8+ years in total rewards management, including compensation design, benefits administration, equity program design and executive compensation with at least 3+ years as a people leader
  • 3+ years public company experience
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative total rewards strategies that align with organizational goals and support recruitment and retention
  • Deep expertise in equity (you know what burn rate, dilution, and overhang mean) and you have experience in building creative equity programs for long term retention while managing stock based compensation expense
  • Strong ability to partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Analytical and Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLookups, IF formulas, etc.), demonstrating the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, HR teams, and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to define and execute a Global Total Rewards philosophy and strategy
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base salary structures, incentive plans and equity programs to attract and retain world-class talent across all functions and ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards through regular market research
  • Lead/manage our existing Benefits team members and oversee the development and management of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, leave policies, and other employee perks
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer on all Board related Compensation, Benefits and Equity matters
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver effective communication and education programs to enhance employee understanding and engagement with total rewards offerings
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of total rewards expenses
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as compensation consultants, benefits providers, and other relevant stakeholders to optimize program effectiveness and cost efficiency
  • Provide guidance and support to People Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, promotions, and other related activities
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in total rewards to continuously enhance the organization's programs and maintain competitiveness in the talent market
