  • 2+ years in direct store delivery (DSD), route sales, or field sales; experience with PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Coca-Cola, McLane, Core-Mark, or similar strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with independent convenience store, bodega, or gas station buyers.
  • Demonstrated hunter sales mentality; comfortable cold calling and closing on the spot in independent retail environments.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Smartphone with a data plan.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and sign new independent retail stores onto the RepRally platform across the assigned territory.
  • Reactivate churned or inactive store accounts.
  • Conduct in-person store visits to pitch owners on RepRally's catalogue and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with field leadership on territory strategy.
  • Hand off activated accounts to the field sales team for ongoing account management; the job ends at the open, theirs begins.

RepRally operates a B2B marketplace for wholesale commerce that connects emerging brands with local retailers through a unified self-distribution platform. It enables brands to process payments, manage orders, and onboard qualified sales reps, while sales reps (sellers) can represent multiple product lines, sell to local stores, track performance, and receive automated commission payouts. The platform earns a percentage of commissions on each wholesale order, aligning incentives for both brands and reps. Unlike typical models that require pre-purchased inventory, RepRally streamlines distribution by pairing brands with independent retailers and managing payment, order flow, and commissions in one place.
