This popular restaurant chain is coming to Steele Creek. When does it open? The new eatery will debut at 13425 Rigsby Road in Steele Creek, near the Charlotte Premium Outlets, with an estimated Nov. 9 opening, according to its website. It's slated to create 220 jobs and will join the brand's existing locations in Matthews, Concord, Gastonia, Rock Hill and Salisbury, the restaurant said in a news release. The restaurant is planned for 1321 Polaris Parkway in Columbus, Ohio 43240, bringing the brand's made-to-order burgers, hand-breaded chicken, salads and hand-spun milkshakes to the Polaris area. Jaggers is a fast-casual concept created by Texas Roadhouse and first launched in 2014 in Noblesville, Indiana. The brand is designed around counter service and drive-thru convenience while focusing on made-to-order food and fresh ingredients. The menu includes double-stacked burgers, chicken sandwiches, hand-breaded chicken tenders, salads and hand-spun milkshakes, giving the concept a menu that sits between a traditional burger restaurant and a quick-service chicken spot.
