Responsibilities
  • Become a trusted advisor with a subset of active partners, cultivating partnerships and maintaining these relationships with key leaders & decision makers at these orgs
  • Assess the potential of partners with the goal of encouraging them to move up tiers within our partner program
  • Work to understand a partner’s organizational structure and business goals and develop a long-term strategy with your partner to help them meet their business goals alongside Klaviyo
  • Be comfortable operating with and exceeding revenue-focused goals at the individual level
  • Bring your creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance Klaviyo’s values, build our culture, and execute on our vision for the future
  • Take part in owning projects which will in turn allow you to collaborate with a highly driven team to ensure success in attaining company wide goals, initiatives and maintaining focus on revenue production
