At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!
Are you interested in building next-gen spacecraft design and operations software? Do you dream of user interfaces like those in The Martian, Interstellar, or Minority Report? Do you love the occasional Taco Tuesday or karaoke session? If you enjoy playing computer games such as Kerbal Space Program, Oxygen Not Included, and Factorio, you might be who we are looking for!
We are assembling a team of highly skilled and resourceful developers who are eager to roll up their sleeves and contribute directly to the future of spacecraft design and operation. We build awesome products in a collaborative think-tank-style environment and seek teammates who will enrich us not just technically, but also socially and culturally.
We have several openings for software engineers on the Lunar Apps team, which supports engineers developing Blue Origin’s multiple Blue Moon lander product lines. To further Blue Origin’s mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building a sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. That goal begins with the design of next-gen spacecraft. The Lunar Apps team is responsible for developing innovative products that accelerate aerospace engineering and push the boundaries of what can be achieved with small teams working on complex systems.
