  • Recent and significant experience of working in an Information and Communication Technology Help Desk
  • CompTIA Security + certification
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline, with 1 or more years of relative experience, or equivalent experience
  • Required Level of Security Clearance: Secret

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the Help Desk operates as a highly professional service
  • Processing requests for assistance from users in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Logging, assigning, and responding to requests for assistance in a timely manner
  • Documenting findings on the call log
  • Establishing and maintaining change control procedures for the Support Team
  • Verifying, supporting, and resolving service tickets in the current IT ticket system
  • Providing end devices support such as cellular phones, tablets, iPhones, and iPads
