Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of emergency, urgent, or specialty-care veterinary client service experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of veterinary workflows, procedures, and medical terminology is required.
  • Ability to quickly process, analyze, and respond to unplanned and emergent medical situations to ensure the safety of team members and patients is required.
  • Interest in collaborating with teams across the Partner network is required.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate patiently and compassionately with clients using an “I can help” approach.
  • Support and facilitate team and client communication and coordination.
  • Update team members, other services, and the referring community.
  • Accurately enter service charges in the processing database.
  • Complete end-of-day financial tasks.

Partner Veterinary Emergency and Specialty adds board-certified oncologist Dr Kyle Renaldo to team

Partner Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center has announced that Kyle Renaldo, DVM, DACVIM (Oncology), will join its oncology team as a board-certified medical oncologist starting 11 May 2026. He will be the hospital's second medical oncologist at its Frederick, Maryland location. Dr Renaldo earned his veterinary medicine degree from Kansas State College in 2013 and completed his medical oncology residency at The Ohio State University, becoming a diplomate in 2021. His clinical interests include canine lymphoma, histiocytic sarcoma and osteosarcoma. Partner Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center operates 24/7 emergency and specialty veterinary hospitals in Frederick, Maryland, and Richmond, Virginia. The women-founded practice focuses on transforming veterinary care standards.
