About the job

Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of artificial intelligence, including automation selection, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and autonomy levels.
  • Fluency in agent architecture and orchestration, including how autonomous and semi-autonomous agents are built, deployed, and governed.
  • Experience in consulting, product strategy, platform, or process and people change leadership roles where adoption mattered as much as delivery.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology, data, artificial intelligence, product, or change leadership roles.
  • A proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in large enterprises.
  • Experience building or deploying artificial intelligence products, knowledge platforms, or enterprise productivity tools.
  • Experience redesigning team operating models and workflows to incorporate new ways of working.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse technical teams and drive human adoption of complex systems.
  • Portfolio, writing, or examples demonstrating an approach to human–artificial intelligence collaboration.
  • Deep practitioner-level fluency with large language models and artificial intelligence tools.
  • Strong grounding in user research, prototyping, and iterative delivery.
  • Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, design thinking, change management, and artificial intelligence ethics.
Responsibilities
  • Design and operationalize an artificial intelligence operating model defining work retained by employees or delegated to agents with human-above-the-loop workflows.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics leadership to sequence rollout, phase agent introductions, define required capabilities, and determine how human roles evolve alongside agents.
  • Shape the agent ecosystem, including agent roles, orchestration logic, tool and data access, and connections across the broader artificial intelligence platform.
  • Establish a governance framework for tracking human-to-agent work ratios across teams.
  • Define guardrails, escalation paths, and human oversight checkpoints for agent-driven decisions and actions.
  • Lead change management for teams transitioning to a blended human-agent model.
  • Identify where artificial intelligence can materially improve how people work and prioritize measurable impact over experimentation.
  • Translate emerging artificial intelligence capabilities into practical, human-centered solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure responsible rollout.
  • Implement feedback loops and metrics tracking adoption, trust, and productivity impact.
  • Navigate data governance, privacy, and security requirements in a regulated environment.
  • Codify patterns, playbooks, and standards that can extend beyond Data & Analytics to the broader enterprise.
  • Lead working sessions, labs, and workshops to educate and mobilize teams.
  • Address cultural barriers that prevent adoption, including workflow inertia.
  • Define intuitive interaction models for artificial intelligence tools and agents across Data & Analytics.
  • Design and refine end-to-end human–artificial intelligence journeys, including feedback and learning loops.
  • Conduct user discovery and usability testing to identify friction points as artificial intelligence tools and agents are introduced.
  • Balance automation with transparency, explainability, and user control to build trust.
  • Establish and promote design principles for responsible, human-first artificial intelligence.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a regulated industry.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence agent workflows and defining human oversight roles.
  • A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, artificial intelligence and machine learning, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence ethics.

Vaultik partners with Chubb to offer AI-powered watch and jewellery authentication, valuation and insurance

Vaultik has partnered with Chubb to streamline the process of authenticating, valuing, and insuring watches and jewellery. Through Vaultik's platform, owners can photograph their items and receive AI-powered authentication and valuation results, reviewed by experts at Birmingham Assay Office. Eligible customers can then request insurance quotes from Chubb and purchase coverage digitally within the same application. The collaboration addresses a traditionally fragmented process that typically requires separate appointments for appraisal and insurance. The service is available through Vaultik's Collect App and can be offered by retailers, jewellers, and marketplace sellers. Vaultik currently partners with WhatNot and eBay Live. Vaultik's KYP protocol generates authentication and valuation outputs from photographs, whilst Birmingham Assay Office provides specialist review. Chubb underwrites the insurance coverage for eligible items.

Chubb edges 4% below fair value after Q2 2026 earnings despite 33% annual return

Chubb reported second quarter 2026 results with net income of $2.854 billion and earnings per share in line with the prior year. The insurer's shares fell 2.52% over seven days but delivered a 13.1% year-to-date return and 32.82% total shareholder return over 12 months. Analysts value Chubb at approximately $365.87 per share, suggesting the stock is roughly 4% undervalued at its recent close of $350.68. The company authorised a new $5 billion share buyback programme alongside growing dividends. Growth drivers include specialised insurance demand in cyber security and high-net-worth personal lines, supported by digitalisation and climate-related risks. However, the stock trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 12.1x, above the 11.7x US insurance industry average, leaving limited room for error if growth expectations weaken.
