About the job
- An active New Jersey registered nurse license is required.
- Current Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
- A physical examination must have been completed within the past 12 months.
- Applicants must provide a PPD or QuantiFERON test from within the past year, or a chest X-ray from within the past five years.
- Applicants must provide proof of a flu vaccine or an approved exemption.
- Provide one-to-one pediatric nursing care in the home setting.
- Monitor and manage tracheostomy and ventilator support as ordered.
- Administer and monitor G-tube feedings.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and skilled nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and the pediatric clinical team.
- Experience with tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube care is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
