  • 7+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for an array of software engineering and UX roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean searches on Linkedin, Github, and niche job boards to identify and engage top tech talent
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and align on candidate profiles
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments, quickly adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on key recruitment goals and delivering results
  • Preferred: Staffing agency experience; high-volume recruitment and client management

  • Sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier talent specifically in the tech and GTM domains
  • Working closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their unique hiring needs
  • Aligning on candidate profiles to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit
  • Proactively identifying challenges in the recruitment process and proposing effective solutions
  • Continuously improving the approach to talent acquisition
  • Obsessing over candidate experience and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Demonstrating agility in adjusting priorities while maintaining a clear focus on key recruitment goals
  • Immersing in the company culture, mission, and values to understand the organization deeply
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and the recruitment team
  • Leveraging innovative sourcing techniques and tools to build a robust technical pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Taking ownership of requisition load, maintaining a robust pipeline to efficiently fill roles maintaining a 45 day time to fill
  • Becoming an expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem & Greenhouse
