Responsibilities
  • Generate business intelligence information and reports from company data, industry information, and public data.
  • Analyze marketing strategy by reviewing related products, markets, and trends, and use available data and tools to report results to potential customers.
  • Collect and organize information from customer relationship management systems, payment processors, purchase orders, and sales histories to identify key performance indicators across all businesses.
  • Conduct interviews with Directors and Vice Presidents to identify areas of improvement.
  • Identify and solve problems in various specialized areas.
  • Use statistical methods and key performance indicators to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems.
  • Develop and deliver reports to leadership team members with findings and recommendations.
  • Work with the leadership team to review financials, sales and marketing, investor relations, supply chain, technology stack, vendor relations, and legal.
  • Manage key projects as determined by analysis.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master's degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, financial institutions, technology, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and proficiency in customer relationship management systems, Google Suite, project management tools, and general business applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with mathematical aptitude.
