  • 4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS, startup, or agency environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the full recruiting lifecycle — from intake with hiring managers to offer close.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies that break the mold (think: highly targeted market mapping, personalized outreach, and innovative tactics that stand out).
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and build talent strategies that raise the bar.
  • Act as Mutiny’s culture catalyst: hosting candidates in-office, showcasing our values, and amplifying our employer brand in the market.
  • Experiment with new recruiting approaches and continuously improve how we attract and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Flex into employer branding projects and people ops initiatives during lighter recruiting cycles.

It connects with a business’s data sources to identify visitors by factors like industry, company size, and online behavior, and then personalizes page content and advertising to match each audience.
