- Lead technology implementation projects and system upgrades.
- Oversee cybersecurity monitoring and compliance support.
- Manage vendors, systems, and IT service performance.
- Identify and implement artificial-intelligence-driven solutions across departments.
- Develop automation workflows for IT support and business processes.
- Assist in building enterprise artificial intelligence governance standards.
- Serve as backup to the IT Director.
- Actively identify opportunities to automate manual IT and business processes.
- Implement artificial intelligence tools for ticketing, monitoring, reporting, and system optimization.
- Integrate artificial intelligence into IT operations and cross-functional workflows.
- Evaluate and deploy emerging artificial intelligence technologies to improve efficiency and reduce operational workload.
