Coordinate with Quality Inspection staff to meet production requirements.
Oversee product inspections and applicable documentation according to customer requirements.
Supervise and train Quality Inspection staff within company policies and Operational Excellence values.
Review quality problems with Engineering personnel and direct actions to correct discrepancies.
Issue corrective actions for deficient processes, participate in resolution activities, and follow up to verify corrective and preventive action effectiveness.
Participate in and lead subordinates in Operational Excellence and Lean initiatives to foster continuous improvement.
Maintain systems, processes, and documentation compliant with Armtec’s ISO 9001 registration.
Assist in reviewing and interpreting technical data for lot performance and material review board activities.
