Requirements

  • You have hbo work-and-thinking level or demonstrably relevant experience.
  • You communicate effectively and can build trust in conversations where interests may differ.
  • You combine independence with care: you can travel to sites and maintain accurate case files.
  • You are eager to learn, reflective, and open to training, guidance, and working according to a standardized approach.
  • You have a category B driving licence and are comfortable regularly working on-site or in the field.

Responsibilities

  • You conduct conversations with landowners, tenants, and other involved parties about parcel access and land use.
  • You organize and guide processes concerning access permissions, temporary use, and property rights.
  • You ensure complete, high-quality case files and consistent documentation of agreements.
  • You follow established processes and contribute to further standardization, quality assurance, and smart tooling.
  • You coordinate with project leaders, specialists, lawyers, GIS/tooling, administration, and clients.
  • You help clients move large numbers of case files forward carefully and efficiently, with consideration for the surrounding environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of land matters, real estate, environmental management, legal agreements, the agricultural sector, or public/spatial projects is an advantage.
  • Experience in consultancy, field service, account management, legal services, land stewardship, real estate brokerage, or area development processes is relevant.
