  • * Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • * A background in campus auditing processes, policy enforcement, and maintaining accreditation and compliance frameworks
  • * 2+ years of office management or admissions experience, including at least 1 year in a proprietary school setting

Responsibilities
  • * Supervise Financial Aid department and provide key support across all operational areas.
  • * Monitor team productivity and provide backup for vacancies across Financial Aid, Student Services, and Registrar functions.
  • * Track attendance, support payroll processing, and ensure timely data/report submissions.
  • * Assist in compliance and accreditation reporting, policy updates, employee grievance reviews, and staff/student issue resolution.
  • * Partner with Corporate HR, Marketing, and Compliance teams on staffing, communication, and outreach projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • * Knowledge of CampusNexus
  • * Familiarity with SharePoint or social media platforms
  • * Familiarity with Title IV and VA funding

The initiative responds to projected shortfalls of tens of thousands of aviation maintenance professionals in the US over the next decade, driven by retirements outpacing new training programme entrants. The platforms aim to expand career awareness and provide sustained digital support throughout professionals' careers. Since launching, Aviation.co has generated over 750,000 social views, 20,000 organic impressions and 3,000 qualified waitlist sign-ups within six months.
