Responsibilities
  • Build the company’s presence on TikTok and Instagram from ideation through publication, including appearing as a face of the brand.
  • Own the content channels end to end, including ideation, production, and posting.
  • Turn stores, people, products, openings, partnerships, and daily events into engaging content.
  • Identify trends early and adapt them to the brand.
  • Grow the audience substantially.
  • Develop creative direction, formats, and recurring content ideas and produce them quickly.
  • Collaborate with the founders, Growth, Brand, and the broader team.
  • Build the content playbook and eventually the surrounding team.
