MNTN reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $82.5 million, representing 21% year-over-year growth, and adjusted EBITDA of $21.5 million, up 48% year-over-year. Both metrics came in at the high end of company guidance. Chief executive officer Mark Douglas said the company is reiterating its full-year 2026 outlook. He noted that MNTN's Performance TV category is transitioning from early adopters to mainstream marketing use. The company began expanding its sales organisation in Q4 2025 and is focusing on three priorities: expanding products with continued AI investment, broadening access to premium television inventory, and strengthening its go-to-market organisation. Douglas said the moves represent execution at greater scale rather than a strategic shift.
MNTN Inc. has entered a strategic collaboration with Upwave to integrate brand measurement capabilities into its Connected TV advertising platform. The partnership will enable MNTN advertisers to measure and optimise Brand Lift for their campaigns through a streamlined click-to-measure process. The integration will provide marketers with faster access to data on how their MNTN Performance TV advertisements impact brand awareness, consideration and other key indicators. Advertisers will be able to evaluate brand outcomes and access results more quickly through a simplified setup process. MNTN operates a technology platform connecting performance marketing with Connected TV, offering self-serve technology that enables advertisers to broadcast TV commercials whilst driving measurable conversions and site visits.
MNTN, a Connected TV performance marketing platform, has announced an integration with HubSpot, becoming the first CTV platform to bring TV ad activity directly into the CRM system at the individual contact level. The integration allows B2B marketers to track which prospective customers were exposed to TV advertisements. The partnership addresses a key visibility gap in television advertising by connecting CTV data to HubSpot's contact records and activity feeds. Marketers gain full-funnel attribution data, from marketing qualified leads to pipeline creation, whilst sales teams can see prospect TV ad exposure details within contact records. More than 90% of MNTN advertisers are entering television for the first time, many from B2B and SaaS sectors seeking measurable outcomes similar to digital channels. The integration is now available in the HubSpot App Marketplace.
MNTN shares fell sharply on Wednesday despite the ad tech company turning a profit in the first quarter. Revenue grew 25% year-over-year with expanding margins and profitability. CEO Mark Douglas told Yahoo Finance the company beat guidance and remains confident about its performance TV business. The revenue growth deceleration from 36% in Q4 to 25% in Q1 reflects seasonal patterns tied to e-commerce, with Q1 typically the smallest quarter. The stock has fallen approximately 70% from its first-day trading close, though analyst sentiment remains largely positive with around 90% buy ratings. Douglas said execution will drive investor enthusiasm, noting the company is less than a year into its public listing and that new stocks commonly experience such cycles.
MNTN has released QuickFrame AI 3.0, an AI-powered creative platform that enables brands to create production-ready TV commercials in minutes. The platform combines multiple generative AI models for video, image, text, voiceover and music, including Seedance 2.0, Kling and ElevenLabs. New features include a brand profile creator, saveable characters and locations, multi-scene storyboarding, camera and lighting controls, and the ability to mix AI-generated content with live footage. The platform supports vertical, square and 16:9 formats and offers direct publishing to MNTN Performance TV, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. QuickFrame AI 3.0 is designed for both individual marketers and creative teams, with collaborative editing capabilities and multiple subscription tiers now available at quickframe.com.
