  • At least 8 years of experience, with a strong track record in digital, data, or analytics product management and hands-on pricing and promotion experience at a consumer packaged goods company, bottler, or retailer.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management concepts across pricing, promotion, assortment, and mix, as well as commercial analytics and value-creation drivers.
  • Working knowledge of global Revenue Growth Management best practices across headline pricing, price-pack architecture, trade promotion optimization, assortment, mix management, and trade terms and margin management.
  • Strong understanding of bottler go-to-market models, including direct store delivery, distributors, wholesalers, channel and outlet segmentation, and how pricing and promotion decisions cascade through the bottler profit and loss statement to point-of-sale execution.
  • Ability to interpret elasticities, uplift against baseline, and share math, and explain their limitations as well as conclusions.
  • Experience taking digital or analytics products from discovery through launch and adoption in a matrixed, franchise environment, including stakeholder mapping, launch planning, and embedding new ways of working.
  • Ability to write concise one-page documents and communicate insight stories from analyst level through leadership.
  • Product management experience framing problems and outcomes; writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; owning and prioritizing a backlog; and working with an engineering team through agile delivery ceremonies.
  • Experience owning a product vision and roadmap end to end, translating business needs into product capabilities, setting strategy, sequencing by value, declining competing requests, and defending trade-offs to senior leadership.
  • Fluency in product discovery techniques, including user interviews, journey mapping, prototyping, and assumption testing.
  • Experience defining and tracking product success metrics, including adoption, engagement, retention, and commercial outcomes, and using them to drive roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Experience managing data, analytics, or artificial intelligence and machine learning products, including collaborating with data scientists on model requirements, evaluation criteria, and release readiness for non-deterministic outputs.
  • Ability to set product vision and align Engineering, Data Science, UX, and business stakeholders; experience coaching or leading other product managers is preferred.
  • Experience mapping workflows and processes end to end, documenting current work, designing future-state processes around the product, and identifying handoffs, bottlenecks, and decision points.
  • Strong pilot design and test-and-learn discipline, including hypothesis framing, control groups, and incrementality measurement.
  • Technical fluency to engage engineers and architects on application programming interfaces, data pipelines, and platform trade-offs, plus hands-on comfort with Power BI and RGM Pricing, Promotion, and Portfolio applications.
  • Basic SQL skills sufficient to retrieve and verify data; preferred.

  • Practical experience using large language model-based tools for real work, including understanding their limitations; preferred.
  • Willingness to work across time zones, including early and late calls and availability outside standard business hours, and to travel to markets.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require employer sponsorship to continue working legally in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Global Revenue Growth Management suite; set outcome-based goals, define problems to solve, sequence capabilities by commercial value, and present the roadmap and delivered value to operating-unit leadership and bottler executives.
  • Conduct ongoing user discovery with Revenue Growth Management managers, including reviewing pricing runs end to end to understand product value and shortcomings.
  • Translate user discovery into written requirements with clear problem statements, examples, and acceptance criteria, then retest fixes with the same users after release.
  • Write user stories for engineering and represent operating units and bottlers in prioritization and roadmap decisions with the Global Revenue Growth Management Product Owner.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog against commercial value, sequence competing requests, and defend prioritization decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Define release success measures, participate in backlog refinement and sprint reviews, and provide business sign-off that shipped functionality meets market needs.
  • Protect product credibility by identifying recommendations that would not withstand bottler scrutiny before they are presented.
  • Embed the closed-loop Revenue Growth Management workflow in the product, covering insight generation and opportunity sizing, strategy setting, guardrail definition, in-market execution, and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Design governance capabilities so the product enforces Revenue Growth Management rules, including price floors and ceilings, discount depth and promotion frequency, and price-gap and price-index thresholds.
  • Support pilot design and test-and-learn practices with market teams, including hypothesis framing, control groups, and incrementality measurement.
  • Define quality criteria for artificial-intelligence-generated recommendations with the AI engineer and Data Science, determine where human review is required, and flag outputs unsupported by underlying data.
  • Partner with the UX designer on end-to-end user experience, launch communications, and demonstration materials.
  • Build business cases for significant capability requests by sizing commercial opportunity, weighing it against effort and alternatives, and deciding what is worth building.
  • Lead releases toward adoption through launch planning, capability building, and concise playbooks on topics such as interpreting elasticity and when to trust a recommendation.
  • Track adoption by market, report usage and where it stalls, and feed adoption issues back into the backlog.
  • Tell the product team when the model is wrong and explain to skeptical users when it is right, using supporting data.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or the strategy practice of a leading professional services firm, particularly on digital product, pricing, or revenue management engagements with consumer packaged goods or retail clients.
  • Experience coaching or leading other product managers.

  • Product management or agile certification, such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or Pragmatic Institute.

About the company

The Coca-Cola Company owns and markets beverage brands sold around the world, including Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Dasani, Powerade and fairlife. Its flagship cola has been sold in the United States since 1886 and anchors a portfolio spanning sparkling drinks, water, sports drinks, coffee, tea, juice and dairy. Rather than bottling most drinks itself, it sells concentrates and syrups to a franchised network of independent bottlers, which package and distribute finished beverages. It earns most revenue from those concentrate sales, plus finished drinks from bottlers it owns. The company was incorporated in 1892 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

What critics are saying

  • Corporate jobs are being trimmed: Coca-Cola cut 75 Atlanta headquarters roles in February 2026, with more waves planned.

Coca-Cola stock up 40.2% in a year, but scenario shows just 21.1% upside over three years

Coca-Cola (KO) stock returned 40.2% in the year to October 20, 2026, against 17.1% for the S&P 500. Trefis estimates the shares could gain about 21.1% over three years, before dividends, if revenue grows 8.1% a year and the P/E holds at today's level. That pace is above the 6.5% revenue growth Coca-Cola posted in the twelve months to July 3, 2026. Management expects organic growth of about 5% in fiscal 2026. Revenue would rise from $50.1 billion to $63.4 billion, while earnings would grow from $14.3 billion to $17.3 billion. Net margin of 28.6% is a ten-year high. If revenue growth fell to 1.5% a year, or the P/E dropped to 23.2, the share price would end flat. The fiscal Q3 2026 report, expected around October 27, 2026, is the next test.

Anandana- The Coca-Cola India Foundation and S M Sehgal Foundation earn National recognition for community-led water stewardship in Telangana. ANI 17 Oct 2026, 12:32 GMT+ BusinessWire India Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], October 17: Anandana, The Coca-Cola India Foundation, and S M Sehgal Foundation have been recognised at the 20th CII National Awards for Excellence in Water Management 2026 in the "Beyond the Fence" category for their community-led water stewardship efforts in Medak district of Telangana. Implemented from January 2024 to March 2025, the "Sustainable Access to Safe Water" project rejuvenated 15 traditional village tanks across seven villages in Shivampet mandal, Medak district, Telangana, creating approximately 205 million litres of water storage and groundwater recharge potential. The initiative strengthened water security for over 15,000 people and supported agricultural livelihoods across 1,535 acres through tank desilting, bund strengthening and community participation. Approximately 2.04 lakh cubic metres of silt was removed, equivalent to around 82 Olympic-size swimming pools, and provided to 150 individual farmers and three group or community beneficiaries for use on agricultural land, supporting soil health and long-term water management. Speaking on the recognition, Devyani Rana, Vice President - Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability, Coca-Cola India & South West Asia, said, "We are humbled to see our collaborative efforts with S M Sehgal Foundation recognised for their contribution to strengthening water security. Through the restoration of traditional village tanks, community-led maintenance and the planting of 500 saplings, the project reflects our collective endeavour to improving local water availability and building resilience in water-stressed regions." Ms Anjali Makhija, Trustee and CEO, S M Sehgal Foundation, said, "The restoration of traditional village tanks is an important step towards addressing local water challenges and supporting farming communities. With the support of Anandana - The Coca-Cola India Foundation, we worked alongside village institutions and local residents to rejuvenate these water bodies and strengthen community ownership. The formation of Tank User Groups and the reuse of nutrient-rich silt on farmland are important elements of this effort, helping communities take an active role in maintaining these resources for the future." The recognition underscores the importance of collaboration between industry, implementation partners and local communities in addressing regional water challenges. Anandana and S M Sehgal Foundation continue to work together to improve water availability and support the communities that depend on these resources. The project's achievement also reflects the thinking behind "Tarang" Anandana- The Coca-Cola India Foundation's campaign that brings together diverse initiatives being taken to address India's water challenges. Through Tarang, Anandana brings together initiatives that recognise the diverse water needs across regions, highlighting how locally relevant solutions can improve access to water, support agricultural livelihoods and contribute to a water-secure future. KFC ends nearly 40-year PepsiCo partnership, switches to Coca-Cola in 2027.

KFC ends nearly 40-year PepsiCo partnership, switches to Coca-Cola in 2027. By Rajwa Quasim October 16, 2026 3 Mins Read KFC is ending its nearly four-decade partnership with PepsiCo and switching to Coca-Cola as its beverage supplier across its more than 3,700 U.S. restaurants. The fried chicken chain announced that the transition will begin in January 2027, with Coca-Cola products expected to be available at all U.S. locations by spring. KFC U.S. President Catherine Tan-Gillespie described the partnership as part of the company's broader effort to modernize its brand and give customers more reasons to visit its restaurants. "These are two originals, with deep consumer love," Tan-Gillespie said. "This partnership is about more than what's in the cup. It is another step in our work to evolve KFC, strengthen our restaurants, menu offerings and create a more relevant experience for today's customers." The move ends a partnership that began in 1986, when PepsiCo acquired KFC as part of its expansion into the restaurant business. PepsiCo spun off its restaurant operations in 1997, creating Yum! Brands, KFC's current parent company. Despite the separation, PepsiCo continued supplying beverages to KFC's U.S. restaurants for nearly four more decades. Earlier this month, PepsiCo CEO Ramon Laguarta said the company's efforts to improve sales growth and profit margins were taking longer than expected. Its snacks business has also faced pressure from consumers who have become more sensitive to prices and are reconsidering their spending. Although PepsiCo will lose KFC's U.S. business, the company will retain other major restaurant partnerships. Its beverage agreements with Taco Bell in the United States and KFC in international markets will continue. PepsiCo has a 10-year agreement with Taco Bell, according to Reuters. The company also supplies beverages to restaurant chains including Subway and Jersey Mike's. Meanwhile, Coca-Cola has secured beverage partnerships with several restaurant chains that previously served PepsiCo products, including Culver's, Arby's and Panda Express. The company also has longstanding partnerships with McDonald's and Wendy's. Coca-Cola's President of Foodservice and On-Premise, North America, Dagmar Boggs, said the partnership would combine KFC's food offerings with Coca-Cola's beverage portfolio and innovation capabilities to create new customer experiences and growth opportunities. Fast-food chains are increasingly looking to beverages to attract customers amid intense competition. Many have expanded their menus to include iced coffees, shakes, coolers, refreshers and customized drinks sometimes known as "dirty sodas." Jay Woods, chief market strategist at Freedom Capital Markets, said losing a major restaurant partner such as KFC could hurt PepsiCo's image and add to the challenges facing the company.

PepsiCo just lost KFC to Coca-Cola. Here's how much it could sting financially.

PepsiCo just lost KFC to Coca-Cola. Here's how much it could sting financially. This has shaped up to be a year of big losses for beverage and snack giant PepsiCo (PEP). A double-digit percentage drop in the stock so far this year. Lost sales in the core soda business to rival Coca-Cola (KO). Lost profits because of execution missteps and inflation (see the recent full-year earnings guidance cut). And the losses look to keep piling up, with the latest one being a really tough one to swallow for longtime PepsiCo and Yum! Brands (YUM) followers - and probably a legion of former execs, such as former legendary PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi and her equally legendary former counterpart at Yum! Brands, David Novak. The Wall Street Journal reported late Thursday that Yum! Brands-owned KFC struck a deal with Coca-Cola to be its beverage provider for thousands of US restaurants. The deal will reportedly begin in January. PepsiCo will reportedly still supply KFC internationally. Note that in April, Coca-Cola won the Marriott (MAR) business from PepsiCo. But the fast food loss stings more. Yum! Brands spun off from PepsiCo in 1997 under the original name of Tricon Global Restaurants. It changed its name to Yum! Brands in 2002. The spin-off included PepsiCo's fast food restaurant division: KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell. The business relationship between the two companies has long been seen as a sacred bond, apparently until now. "Overall, the move underscores Coca-Cola's strong brand equity as well as a relative brand equity gap vs. PepsiCo," Evercore ISI analyst Robert Ottenstein said. "We believe that this announcement, in some ways, is more notable as QSRs, more so than hotel chains, use beverages as a key driver of traffic." Ottenstein's analysis shows the lost revenue to PepsiCo could be about $50 million, "which suggests that the retail revenue is closer to ~$350-400 million." PepsiCo, Inc.
