Requirements
  • A vocational baccalaureate-level qualification in secretarial studies or equivalent training.
  • Very good proficiency with office software.
  • Experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome, inform, and direct residents, their families, and visitors at the reception desk or by telephone.
  • Handle in-person and telephone reception for residents' families, prospects, and clients in accordance with commercial procedures.
  • Participate in managing relationships with families and residents.
  • Receive and welcome older adults and their families.
  • Manage and monitor complaints and correspondence from families.
  • Collect and share information with the multidisciplinary team to optimize resident support.
  • Identify people arriving at the residence.
  • Take messages and relay them to the relevant people.
  • Update files, tracking tables, and other information used to direct communications and visitors.
  • Implement administrative procedures for welcoming new residents and accompany them during admission to facilitate their integration, including the welcome booklet, stay contract, and operating rules.
  • Manage and monitor residents' administrative files, including admissions and discharges, and manage the residence's correspondence.
