About the job
- Basic working knowledge of Ariba products, including Buyer, Invoicing, and Contracts features such as AML, AWL, AQL, triggers, and conditions.
- Experience with data loading, system restarting, report distribution, and system administration.
- Ability to support at least one client with Level 2 and Level 3 issues.
- Knowledge of core Ariba technologies, including Core Java, Java Platform, Enterprise Edition, Servlets, HTML, XML, cXML, XSLT, JavaScript, and object-oriented programming.
- Ariba 9R1 implementation experience is required.
- Support the Ariba application for end users or technical key users.
- Develop specific utilities.
- Write technical and support documentation.
- Understand technical specifications and perform unit testing with assistance from senior staff.
