- A high school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
- Clean floors daily according to hotel standards.
- Clean public areas, including the lobby, restrooms, entrances, fitness center, and pool.
- Clean guests’ rooms as needed.
- Handle all guest requests.
- Complete the daily assignment checklist and submit it to the supervisor at the end of the day.
- Turn in all keys and assignment sheets to Housekeeping or Front Office at the end of the shift.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Attend meetings as required by management.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Experience in a hotel or related field.
