  • 7+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing demands
  • Demonstrated ability in prioritization and seeing around corners
  • Demonstrated ability of being trustworthy, reliable and will maintain strictest confidentiality
  • Stellar communication skills and can connect with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in person, virtually, and over email

  • Previous experience supporting Marketing or Sales teams
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to 3 executives; CMO, VP of Communications, Content, and Community Marketing, and VP of Growth Marketing.
  • Manage leadership calendars, meetings, business travel arrangements and expenses
  • Act as a key liaison between the CMO and her leadership team, the entire Marketing department, and the company
  • Prepare reports and other confidential materials
  • Build regular slides and content for the CMO, using Figma and FigJam
  • Partner with CMO and Marketing Leadership team to plan for monthly and quarterly meetings, coordinating the content and slides with relevant stakeholders
  • Act as an on the ground representative for the CMO
