- Previous experience in repair or parts shop is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, in interior and exterior conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Provide mobile repair and maintenance services for heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, identify wear conditions, and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately within the scope of expertise.
- Deliver customer service while working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the products, parts, and services offered.
- Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or practices.
- Collaborate with service advisors and management to ensure customer needs are met.
- Uphold service standards and support specialized customer programs as required.
