Responsibilities
  • Drive the overall Operating Rhythm related to Stripe’s pipeline creation motions
  • Develop and instrument models to understand conversion funnel from marketing activities to closed opportunities
  • Align closely with head of Sales Development team to measure the business and improve SDR productivity
  • Build a motion of executing pipeline programs in the field
  • Set and track GTM Stripe Objectives & Key Results (SOKRs)
  • Hire, develop, and retain a team of high-performing individuals
