  • 12+ years of professional machine shop experience.
  • Ability to setup jobs on both CNC Mills and Lathes.
  • Ability to edit CNC programs.
  • Experience machining wide variety of materials.
  • Experience successfully leading a team in a fast-paced flexible environment running 5+ machines.
  • Excellent GD&T and blueprint familiarity coupled with inspection knowledge.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of various CNC equipment.
  • Lead a team of talented machinist through development and production activities in order to deliver rocket and satellite components.
  • Allocated resources to ensure delivery schedules are met for various production and R&D programs.
  • Collaborate heavily with Rocket Lab engineering teams to ensure the highest quality of parts are being manufactured and delivered.
