- Experience in a consulting company or finance industry, specializing in operations and information technology transformation.
- Experience in overall project management, including business requirements and information technology and operational implementation, with a proven track record and current knowledge of industry-standard practices.
- Ability to analyze data in detail and derive logical hypotheses.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with clients at an equivalent level.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Technical background or capability is a plus for bridging communication between technical and business teams; the role is not a technical staff position.
- Lead project teams proactively to ensure smooth execution, adherence to timelines, and successful delivery of information technology and operational transformation projects.
- Monitor and evaluate project health and status continuously, providing clear visibility and timely progress reports to supervisors and stakeholders.
- Analyze data objectively, formulate logical hypotheses, propose actionable issue resolutions, and define monitoring approaches.
- Communicate with, manage, and facilitate high-level meetings with clients and business partners to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Foster an open, collaborative, and positive communication atmosphere among internal project teams and external parties.
- Standardize and ensure the quality of overall project deliverables based on ABeam Project Management methodology.
- Continuously improve professionally, including adapting to artificial intelligence and industry best practices, while mentoring and encouraging team members' skill development.
- Using artificial intelligence to improve daily work, teamwork, and efficiency is a plus.
- A technical background or capability to bridge communication between technical and business teams is a plus.
