Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of hospitality or related experience, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end customer service environments.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency with general internet research.
  • Ability to move through the office regularly while escorting visitors and providing building tours.
  • Ability to tolerate prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a wide range of people and provide personalized service.
  • A proactive, energetic approach to managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Manage the reception area and anticipate and handle guest needs efficiently and personally.
  • Anticipate and address employee and visitor needs, using relevant information to personalize interactions and create exceptional experiences.
  • Keep reception waiting areas tidy, well stocked, and welcoming.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing appropriate information.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access, including monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
  • Periodically inspect common-area equipment to ensure it is operating properly.
  • Assist with wellness programs, community events, and other engagement activities.
  • Support employee-focused services, including fitness classes, notary services, electric-vehicle charging programs, and food-program logistics.
  • Liaise with vendors to maintain workplace amenities and ensure food and beverage, auto maintenance, laundry, dry-cleaning, and personal services meet client standards.
  • Arrange, book, and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities; transportation and travel; tickets and entertainment; storytelling and campus tours; meals and activities; car detailing and on-site car refueling; laundry and dry-cleaning services; gifts and packages; and other amenity services.
  • Support the Workplace Services mission of making the client site an excellent place to work.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
