About the Company

Hudson Pacific Properties

West Coast office and studio REIT

Hudson Pacific Properties is a real estate investment trust that owns, develops, and manages high-quality office and studio properties on the West Coast. It earns most of its revenue from long-term leases with technology and media tenants, operating two segments—Office Properties and Studio Properties—across a portfolio of about 14.7 million square feet of offices and 2.4 million square feet of sound stages. The company differentiates itself by targeting high-barrier-to-entry markets and by pursuing strategic acquisitions and partnerships, such as Sunset Gower Studios, Sunset Bronson Studios, and a Blackstone joint venture, to build scale in the tech and entertainment real estate space. Its goal is to be the leading owner-operator of premier office and studio properties in its markets, delivering stable, durable income from long-term leases.
