  • Ability to manage databases using Python or SQL.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English at an intermediate-advanced level is desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze management reports, budgets, projections, and variances, identifying areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate projects, products, and business units.
  • Collaborate in defining key performance indicators and monitor their progress.
  • Participate in strategic planning and prepare annual operating plans.
  • Support management decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial and management information.
  • Work with the bank's accounting, finance, and operations areas to collect data and validate information.
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of data used in management reports.
  • Propose and implement improvements to management control processes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in English at an intermediate-advanced level.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
