- At least 2 years of recent in-home hospice experience is required.
- The ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding areas is required.
- Availability for in-person interdisciplinary group meetings every 14 days is required.
- Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail are required.
- Deliver exceptional end-of-life care to hospice patients.
