Requirements
- Knowledge of the Reynolds and Reynolds dealer management system is preferred but not required.
- One year of service writing experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to sell are required.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and write detailed service orders based on those concerns.
- Review vehicle reports for recalls that need to be completed and verify applicable warranties.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and review recommended and upcoming services.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process to keep customers updated.
- Provide cost estimates for mechanical and maintenance repairs.
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above dealership standards.
