Requirements
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • A proven track record of prospecting and closing net-new business.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new dealership opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans targeting franchise and independent dealerships.
  • Build relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, GSMs, Marketing Managers, and Fixed Ops leaders.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, and OEM program alignment.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to uncover operational challenges, digital gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Sell TAdvantage automotive dealership website solutions focused on mobile-first user experience, SEO and local search optimization, inventory merchandising, customer engagement tools, conversion optimization, website customization, and backend flexibility.
  • Position TRFFK AI-driven digital advertising solutions, including search campaigns, social advertising, retargeting, geofencing, vehicle ads, and video advertising.
  • Sell Motoinsight digital retailing solutions that increase lead quality, improve online-to-showroom conversion, enable online deal building, streamline financing and trade-in workflows, and increase engagement throughout the buying journey.
  • Become a trusted advisor on dealership digital transformation.
  • Articulate competitive differentiators.
  • Leverage OEM certifications, AutoTrader integrations, and AutoSync ecosystem advantages during sales cycles.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Manage consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic account plans for dealer groups and high-potential rooftops.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms.
  • Work with Performance Managers, OEM teams, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership.
  • Participate in dealership onboarding transitions to support customer experience and retention.
  • Share market intelligence and competitive insights with internal teams.

  • Automotive retail, SaaS, digital marketing, or dealership technology experience.
