Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, customer service, or a related field is required.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred.
  • The ability to lift more than 50 pounds when needed is required.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual monthly and annual blood donation collection goals within the assigned territory.
  • Contact coordinators at schools, community centers, and local businesses to maintain and expand existing accounts and seek new blood-drive opportunities.
  • Recruit donors using effective recruitment strategies and various tools and techniques.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and execute collection strategies to optimize organizational resources.
  • Partner with internal and external customers to organize effective blood drives and ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
  • Develop and nurture account relationships to meet blood collection objectives.
  • Create new accounts and expand existing blood drives through marketing programs.
  • Educate the community about the importance of blood donations, strengthen existing relationships, identify new business opportunities, seek new accounts, and explore new market segments.
  • Implement collection strategies, generate reports, and identify ways to increase collection volumes while maintaining service levels.
  • Engage with the community through events, memberships, and other opportunities to increase organizational visibility.
  • Work with key accounts and the Customer Service Team to identify and pursue growth opportunities for products and services.
  • Create plans, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure customer satisfaction and successful blood drives.
  • Monitor blood-drive progress to use organizational resources effectively and meet monthly and yearly efficiency goals.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and create tools that support role success.
