Financial analysis
  • Assist in implementation and continuous improvement of project control procedures
  • Provide input to all areas of project controls including schedule, cost, risk, and change
  • Develop, maintain, and update cost and project schedules for all assigned projects
  • Maintain, update, and perform quality control of project controls systems and databases
  • Gather and track relevant project data used for budgets, contracts, change orders, trends, and actual costs
  • Generate project invoicing, adhering to both internal and client standards/expectations
  • Participate and lead in a variety of project teams and committees to develop and improve project management, project controls, and region-specific procedures
  • Adhere to internal Quality Control procedures, confirming all projects meet compliance standards
  • Promote open communication and collaboration across all teams to ensure all projects are completed with minimal disruptions and delays
  • Collaborate with project managers and finance department to gather project cost and contact information and incorporates details into the regular cost and schedule updates
  • Respond to project level information requests, provide custom reports with accurate information, and financial analysis to support project management decision making
