Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementation and continuous improvement of project control procedures
  • Develop, maintain, and update cost and project schedules
  • Maintain and update project controls systems and databases
  • Gather and track relevant project data for budgets, contracts, and costs
  • Generate project invoicing and adhere to standards
  • Participate in project teams and committees to improve procedures
  • Adhere to internal Quality Control procedures
  • Promote open communication and collaboration across teams
  • Collaborate with project managers and finance department
  • Respond to project information requests and provide financial analysis
