The Wayfair Visual Merchandising team is a multi-talented group of strategic and innovative thinkers across many disciplines, partnering closely with cross functional leaders to catapult Wayfair into the leading destination for all things home by developing engaging advertising campaigns, next-in-class consumer experiences, and scalable brand systems.
Wayfair is seeking a Visual Operations Associate to join our team, which is part of the broader Visual Merchandising department helping to enable Wayfair’s physical retail agenda. The Visual Operations Associate will contribute to all aspects of the end to end “Go To Market” process supporting our Wayfair physical retail operations. This role includes many of the traditional aspects of project management, including interacting with cross functional stakeholders, juggling tight timelines and coordinating with field employees on execution. The Visual Operations Associate will be an integral part of the Visual team that is helping to develop and implement the playbook to stand up and scale stores in North America across all five of Wayfair’s brands (Wayfair, AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane, Perigold).
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail, project management or store operations. Their responsibilities will include process improvement, project-based work, and calendar management for our GTM milestones and New Store Opening timelines. A strong operational orientation is key to success in this role, as is a keen eye for efficiency and a passion for process improvement.
This role is based in Boston, MA and reports to the Manager of Visual Operations with exposure to many other cross-functional teams.
