About the job
- An associate degree from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- NBCOT certification.
- A Colorado DORA Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license, or the ability to obtain one within three months.
- Provide 30- to 60-minute one-to-one pediatric outpatient sessions.
- Build strong client and caregiver relationships.
- Meet a productivity expectation of 75% of the work week.
- Participate in onboarding, dedicated supervision, and mentorship while gradually increasing caseload and workload expectations during the first year.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Speech, Physical Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis colleagues.
- Address caseload questions, caregiver communication, and clinical documentation as part of ongoing clinical practice.
