Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in sales training, learning and development, or training delivery within banking, non-bank financial company, fintech, or lending domains.
Strong understanding of lending products, sales processes, and customer acquisition practices.
Ability to create engaging training content and facilitate interactive learning sessions.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and learning management systems is preferred.
A graduate or postgraduate qualification in any discipline is required.
Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively throughout the specified area.
Coaching and mentoring skills and the ability to learn and apply new ideas and concepts.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for sales teams on lending products, sales processes, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
Develop and maintain training content, including presentations, training manuals, standard operating procedures, assessments, and e-learning modules.
Conduct classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions to support knowledge transfer and skill development.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to create practical and engaging learning experiences aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking to identify learning gaps and areas for improvement.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams to improve productivity, customer handling, and conversion effectiveness.
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements to training methodologies, content, and delivery mechanisms.
Ensure training programs remain aligned with organizational goals, regulatory guidelines, and evolving business requirements.

Desired Qualifications

Certification in training and development or learning facilitation.

About the Role:

Paytm is looking for an experienced, dynamic and experienced Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for sales teams across lending products and processes.

Expectations/ Requirements:

-3+ years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Training Delivery within Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Lending domains.

-The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing product knowledge, sales capabilities, and process adherence through engaging learning interventions and continuous coaching initiatives.

-Design and deliver training programs for sales teams on lending products, sales processes, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.

-Develop and maintain training content, including presentations, training manuals, SOPs, assessments, and e-learning modules.

-Conduct classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

-Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to create practical and engaging learning experiences aligned with business objectives.

-Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking to identify learning gaps and improvement areas.

-Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams to improve productivity, customer handling, and conversion effectiveness.

Must Have:

-Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

-Ability to create engaging training content and facilitate interactive learning sessions.

-Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

-Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

-Certification in Training & Development or Learning Facilitation will be an added advantage.
