TheAnthologyBrand & CreativeTeam is focusedonestablishingAnthology’s brand framework and continually creates and refines assets and messaging to stand out in the market and attract new customers. This creative team is comprised of designers,writers,and web developers.
AsWeb Development Internon this team, you will supportthe development and ongoing maintenance of our primary marketing websites.
Primary responsibilitieswillinclude:
- Supporting regular theme updates with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Maintaining content on the website
- Helping ensure the site isoptimized forSEO
- Reporting on overall site analytics
- Aiding internationalization efforts
- This role requires approximately5%travel
Learning & Development:
The internship will provide a learning and development experience in the following areas:
- Working with designers and copywritersto produce web pages consistent with a corporatebrand
- Working alongside other developers to improve coding standard andpractices
- Working as part of a larger marketing organization
The Candidate:
Required skills/qualifications:
- Pursuing abachelor’s or master’sdegree (at the time of the internship) inweb developmentor related field
- Demonstrated strength in analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated exceptional communication skills
- Solid business understanding – or ability and willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and multi-task in a highly dynamic environment
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Experience working withDrupal
- Prior experience working in a professionalsetting

Starting rate is $24/hour depending upon experience. We use national and industry-specific survey data to assist in determining compensation. Additionally, we consider factors such as external market rate, budget for the role, and the compensation rates of current employees performing the same function. Some roles will have variable pay.
