Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • The ability to commute to our downtown Toronto office 2-3 days a week
  • Deep understanding of Employment Standards and employment equity regulations
Responsibilities
  • Head and build the People and Culture team at ContactMonkey and the team around it as the company grows
  • Use data and analytics to assess HR initiatives' effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve organizational performance.
  • Manage quarterly and annual audits for the company
  • Develop and implement all policies and procedures for the People & Culture department and ensure consistency across the company
  • Run performance evaluation systems, providing feedback to employees, and ensuring that performance management processes are fair and effective.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Manage a team that develops and executes day-to-day people,talent acquisition and culture initiatives encompassing all aspects of life at ContactMonkey
  • Handle employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment by working closely with managers and employees to address concerns and foster a supportive and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
  • Organize employee events, implement recognition programs, and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Strategize how we continue to maintain and strengthen our culture as we grow
