- Ensure all products are prepared according to quality standards, as ordered, and delivered to customers within service-time standards.
- Support food production by preparing and stocking various food items.
- Perform maintenance tasks as scheduled or assigned.
- Participate in current sales promotions and marketing events during work time.
- Operate designated food production and customer service stations.
- Learn and apply the correct storage locations for food products, paper products, cleaning supplies, and other items.
- Stock the drink, fry, dining room, and grill stations to maintain continuous service.
- Demonstrate knowledge of proper storage procedures upon delivery of produce items and practice First-In/First-Out rotation.
- Prepare produce items efficiently while maintaining proper par levels and following food handling, rotation, and storage procedures.
- Follow established recipes for preparing and serving products.
- Maintain utensils and food production equipment in good working order using correct cleaning, sharpening, and storage procedures.
- Clean customer service areas, including outside landscaping, building entrances, dining room tables, condiment stations, restrooms, and food production and storage units.
- Support customer service by stocking stations with enough items to ensure continuous service.
- Follow company cash-handling policies.
