Greenberg Traurig has raided Holland & Knight for talent as it eyes expansion of its capital markets and finance offerings in Mexico, welcoming Guillermo Uribe Lara and Adrián Gay Lasa as shareholders, while Jorge González and Carlos Guijarro join as associates. The hires were confirmed yesterday (23 September). José Raz Guzmán, Mexico office co-managing shareholder, said the appointments coincided with the firm's 15th anniversary in Mexico City and reflected its "continued strategic growth in Mexico and across Latin America while further strengthening [its] capabilities in key practice areas that are critical to [its] clients".
